Fitness To Music


Here at the PAC we offer Fitness to Music five days per week.  The class is designed to get you moving and work up a sweat.  We have an amazing group of highly qualified instructors with a different focus each day of the week.  You will be happy you came so be sure and give it a try.

Fitness to Music Schedule:

Monday 8:45 – 9:45am with Linda $3.00

Tuesday 8:10 – 9:10 am and 9:20 to 10:20am with Roxanne $3.00

Wednesday 8:45 – 9:45am  with Krishna (Strength & Conditioning)  $3.00

Thursday 8:10 – 9:10am and 9:20 – 10:20am with Melanie $3.00

Friday 8:55am with Janelle $3.00
