Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Linda MacCormack will lead you through a mat workout that you will definitely find beneficial. Join us every Monday at 11:45am and Thursdays at 1:00pm. Drop in fee is $3.00 and please bring along your yoga mat.
