Proven strength and flexibility results. \n“A 2018 study of 90 people published in the Journal of Exercise Rehabilitation found that participants who practiced Pilates for one hour three times a week for eight weeks improved their scores on a functional movement screen\, which measures things like balance\, stability\, and mobility\, more than people who did yoga instead (or who didn’t exercise at all).” \nAlthough all are welcome – If you’re a first timer you may want to try the Beginners Stott Pilates class on Thursday from 1-2 pm first to see if it’s right for you. It is in the Gym.
