H.I.I.T is a full body Circuit training work out. This is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. This will build up your cardio as well as give attention to all major postural muscles. You will be sure to sweat!

Parkinson Senior Centre offers a multi-level Hatha Yoga class that is suitable for anybody and everybody.  Each 90-minute class will have some focus on breath work (pranayama), a variety of poses (asanas) to stretch and strengthen the entire body and end with relaxation (savasana).  The only rule in the class is to listen to your body first and foremost and the main goal is to have fun!

This course will provide you with three methods of backing up computer data that you deem important in case of a computer failure or to re-install on a new computer should you purchase one. You will learn how to use the Windows Backup program, copy & pasting using a USB Flash Drive and using an external hard drive.

Think of folders on your computer as folders that you used years ago for filing your personal papers (i.e. utility bills, bank statements, etc.) in a metal filing cabinet. In this class you will learn how do the same thing using your computer.
