An event every week that begins at 11:15 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely
This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting n a chair standing using a chair for support. Starting with a short meditation, followed by breathing exercise, then to the practice. The poses, or Asana, are often adaptations of Hatha yoga. We will end the class with a short meditation and a quote for the day. This program is not suitable for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis.
