Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Linda MacCormack will lead you through a mat workout that you will definitely find beneficial. This class is specifically designed for those new to Pilates. If you feel you’re more advanced please join us on Mondays at 10:45am for a more challenging class held upstairs.
