An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely

Safe and gentle exercises for individuals with Osteoporosis and/or Osteosclerosis, as well as those recovering from injury or with minimal previous exercise experience. The goals of Osteofit are to improve your balance to reduce your fall risk, increase your general strength, and maintain your mobility.
Tuesdays are led by Jen Cabeldu and Thursdays are led by Heather Edmonstone. Both of our instructors are Osteofit certified.
