An event every week that begins at 7:50 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely
H.I.I.T is a full body Circuit training work out. This is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. This will build up your cardio as well as give attention to all major postural muscles. You will be sure to sweat!
