Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Linda MacCormack will lead you through a mat workout that you will definitely find beneficial. Although all are welcome – If you’re a first timer you may want to try the Beginners Pilates class on Thursday from 1-2 pm first to see if it’s right for you.
