Tums & Bums The name says it all! Target those hard to tone abdominal areas with functional core exercises. Focus on all layers of your abdominals plus your middle and lower back muscles and of course tightening up your glutes (aka booty). Increase your “powerhouse” strength to build lean muscle mass for better posture, less risk of injury and a stronger heathier you. Having a good ability to move from floor to standing is a good prerequisite for your own comfort. We will use mainly body weight so all you need to bring is your own mat, a towel and/or small pillow. Options will be given for all levels of fitness. It a win, win.
